STEP 1: WATCH OUT FOR YOUR WEIGHT.



SO MAKE SURE THAT YOU WATCH WHAT YOU EAT. THERE ARE ALSO EXERCISE THAT WILL HELP YOU TO BE MORE SEXY.



STEP2: MAINTAIN THE GOOD POSTURE.



TO MAINTAIN A GOOD POSTURE YOU MUST HAVE A SELF CONFIDENCE.



STEP 3: EAT WELL AND PROPER.



EAT FOODS USUALLY THAT ARE SUITED IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A SEXY BODY. EAT A BALANCE MEAL, EAT A LOT OF FRUIT OR FRUIT JUICES AND DRINK A PLENTY OF WATER TO MAKE A BODY PERFECT.



STEP 4: DONT TEND PROBLEMS SERIOUSLY.



DONT TAKE PROBLEM SERIOUSLY, JUST SIMPLY PUT OR SET ASIDE THE PROBLEMS AND ALWAYS THINK THAT PROBLEM IS JUST LIKE A FUN. BE HAPPY ALWAYS.



STEP 5: EXERCISE DAILY.



WE MUST EXERCISE REGULARLY IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN SEXINESS. DO A PROPER EXERCISE.
